Our project finance members have supported project financing agreements for building and infrastructure projects for over 30 years. In recent years, these projects have taken the form of publicprivate partnerships, privatizations, and enhanced use leasing. The Group has extensive contacts and connections with investment banking firms in the United States and abroad, and has managed and completed the most complex financing arrangements.

The firm’s attorneys counsel domestic and foreign financial institutions, commercial enterprises, capital companies, and investment funds in all aspects of their public and private financing, investment, and capital formation activities. We represent these entities in their capacities as both capital providers and issuers.
